How can I find a record of my sent emails?

Unfortunately, Book That In doesn't store sent emails at this time, so there isn't a way to find a record of them.

Currently, Book That In will send you an email when you send an email through the system to your clients.

This confirmation email will confirm what you sent and which email addresses it was sent to, letting you know if anyone had opted out of emails (and therefore wouldn’t receive it).

If you want to check if a specific email has been sent and delivered to a contact, please contact support@bookthatin.com and provide the customer's email address, with the rough date/time of sending. We can look back up to 7 days in the email logs to check deliverability, but we can't see email content.
