Preview and optional test from the editor
Click Preview to check desktop, tablet and mobile layouts.
Use the three dots menu to send a quick test if needed.
You can also test on the next screen, which is usually better.
Open Send or Schedule
Click Send or schedule. It will not send immediately. You will get full options first.
Choose a sending mode
Send now: sends after you click Review and send.
Schedule: pick a date and time.
Batch schedule: spread delivery over hours or days for very large lists.
RSS schedule: send based on an RSS feed. Use if you publish via RSS.
Smart send: sends at predicted best times based on your past data. Requires a good sending history, typically 1,000+ emails.
Set From and subject details
From email: use a verified domain address.
From name: the sender name recipients will see.
Subject line: write a clear, specific subject. You can use AI to suggest options, but it uses credits.
Preview text: a short line that appears under the subject in the inbox. Aim for 6 to 10 words.
Personalise your subject or preview
Click the tag icon to insert fields such as Contact » First name.
Example:Quick question, {{ contact.first_name }}
If you use bookings, you can personalise further with fields such as Child’s first name.

Contacts: select individuals.
Smart list: a saved, dynamic list. Recommended for most sends.
Tags: send to contacts with specific tags.
Pre-built segments or build a Custom segment with filters.
Click the + under your chosen option to add the audience.
Tracking and automation options
Track clicks: records link clicks. Be aware that privacy protections by Apple and Google can create false positives and may affect deliverability. Many senders leave this off.
UTM tracking: append UTM parameters for analytics tools. Use if you track campaign performance in external analytics.
Add tags on interactions: for example, tag contacts who click a specific link.
Resend to unopened: resend to anyone not logged as opened after a delay such as 12 hours or 1 day. Use a different subject line to improve chances.
Save and send a test
Click Save to store your campaign settings.
Click Send test email. Choose the recipient address, confirm subject and preview text, and send.
Check the test on desktop and mobile. If you edit the content, save, then send another test as required.
A/B testing (split testing)
Click the A/B test icon and toggle it on.
Choose what to test:
Email subject to improve opens.
Email content to improve clicks.
Set Test duration: for example, 8 hours. After this window, the system sends the remainder with the winner.
Set Variations: two or more subject lines or content versions.
Set Test size:
Small lists: you may test on 50 percent to gather enough data.
Large lists: you may test on 10 to 20 percent. The remaining audience receives the winner.
Choose the winning metric:
Open rate for subject tests.
Click rate for content tests.
Save the A/B setup.
Review and send
Click Review and send.
If Send now, it goes immediately.
If Schedule, it will queue for the chosen time.
If Batch or Smart send, it will follow those delivery rules.

Use a smart list to maintain control and reduce mistakes.
Keep subject lines natural and specific. Personalise where it genuinely helps.
If you use tracking, interpret results cautiously due to mailbox privacy features.
Resend to unopened with a fresh subject line to pick up extra engagement.
