Within Book That In, Addresses are set up and then linked to the relevant Booking Types. This achieves several things:


  • It saves you time in set up as you only set up each address once
  • It saves you time if you need to move venue - just update once and all your linked Booking Types are updated
  • It allows your customers to see all Booking Types that are at the same address.


How to Set Up a New Address


  1. Go to Business --> Overview
  2. Click on 'Addresses' Tab
  3. Click on 'Add New Address', or the 'Edit' icon as required
  4. Complete the fields required (Name, address 1, Town and postcode are all required fields). Then click the button at the bottom that says 'Create' or 'Edit'.
