Book That In uses Stripe to process payments.
Stripe is one of the most popular payment processing options available - known for its competitive pricing, high levels of security and ease of use.
In order to take payments through Book That In you will need to link to a Stripe account. You can set up a new Stripe account and link to an existing Stripe account from within Book That In.
Follow this video to set and link your Stripe account to Book That In:
1: Start by logging in to your "Book That In" account and navigate to the "Business" menu and select "Company Settings."
Inside the "Company Settings," locate and click on the "Payment Providers" tab on the right-hand side.
2: Look for the question "Accept Payments" with the current answer set as "No."
- Click on the "No" option to switch it to "Yes."
- Once you've enabled payment acceptance, a button labelled "Connect with Stripe" will appear.
- Click on the "Connect with Stripe" button.
4: Providing Stripe Email
- In the Stripe connection process, the first step is to provide your Stripe account's email address.
- If you already have a Stripe account, enter the corresponding email address.
- If you're new to Stripe, enter your test email address and click "Continue."
5: Logging In to Stripe
- For existing Stripe users, the system will prompt you to log in to your Stripe account.
- If you're a new user, complete the necessary form to set up your Stripe account.
6: Completion and Return
- Once you've either logged in or completed the Stripe setup, the system will automatically redirect you back to your "Book That In" account.
