One way we ensure compliance is by allowing you to add your Terms and Conditions of booking and your Privacy Policy to your account.


Ensuring your company's legal documents are up-to-date is crucial, this video and tutorial will make the process seamless for you.

Once added, a link will automatically appear on your booking form asking your customers to agree to your T&Cs and Privacy Policy. They will need to tick this box in order to make a booking. 


This video shows you how to add or edit these policies in your account:




1: Accessing Company Setting

  1. Log in to your "Book That In" account using your credentials
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the "Business" section.


2: Opening Company Settings Wizard

  1.  Inside the "Business" section, locate and click on "Company Settings."
  2. In the top-right corner of the Company Settings page, find and click the "Edit" link.


3: Editing Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy (0:22) 5. You'll be directed to the Company Settings Wizard.

  1. Proceed to the second screen of the wizard by navigating through the screens.
  2. On the second screen, you will find dedicated boxes for both your "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy."
  3. To update your "Terms and Conditions," copy and paste the new content into the corresponding box.
  4. Utilize the formatting options provided above the text box to make any necessary adjustments to the content.
  5. Similarly, update your "Privacy Policy" by copying and pasting the new text and making formatting changes as needed.


4: Saving Your Changes

  1.  After ensuring your legal documents are accurate and complete, click the "Next" button to proceed.
  2. Review the changes you've made and verify the accuracy of the content.
  3. Once satisfied, click the "Save" button to finalize and save your updated terms and conditions or privacy policy.


Congratulations! You've successfully updated your company's terms and conditions or privacy policy on the "Book That In" platform.
