All good things come to an end so, at some point, you will have to cancel a customer's subscription.
When cancelling subscriptions, you can choose to cancel with immediate effect, or you can set a future cancellation date for the subscriber in question.
Setting a future cancellation date can be handy in a couple of scenarios, for example:
- A customer indicates that they would like to cancel the subscription, however some of their payments are still due to be made before the cancellation date.
- Do you want to take a finite number of payments from your customers for any given subscription.
