The emails you send from Book That In are intended for transactional purposes, rather than marketing.
If you are looking at keeping your clients engaged through email, by sending updates, or even announcing special events or promotions, and/or you want to create fancy email designs, then you will probably want to use a 3rd party email marketing platform.
Popular email applications include MailChimp and Mailerlite, but many others are available! However, to use any of them you first need to import your contacts into it from your Book That In account.
