Step By Step Instructions:

Step 1: Accessing Your Booking Links

  1. Log into "Book That In".
    • Navigate to the business menu and select Company Settings.
  1. Find the Booking Links Button.
    • In the company settings, click on the green button labeled Booking Links. This will open a pop-up window where you will manage your links.

Step 2: Understanding Your Link Options

  1. Private Booking Link vs. Branded Widget Link:
    • Private Booking Link: Takes the user to the "Book That In" page with default platform branding.
    • Branded Widget Link: Directs the user to a customized page featuring your business's branding (logos, colors, etc.).
  1. Visibility Settings:
    • All your booking options have a setting called Show on Widget. If enabled, these options appear on your branded widget link but not on your private link.

Step 3: Customising Your Links

  1. Edit the URL Slug:
    • Click on the link you wish to customise and edit the end part of the URL to something unique to your business. This will make your link more personalised and user-friendly.
    • Ensure the slug is unique; it will show a green success message once confirmed.
  1. Copy and Share the Customised Link:
    • Once customised, copy the link for use on your website, emails, or social media.

Step 4: Managing Location and Category Views

  1. Location View:
    • This view allows customers to choose from different business locations if applicable. Access this from My Booking Widget under the business menu.
  1. Category View:
    • Useful for businesses with multiple types of bookings like classes, appointments, etc. This view shows different categories set up under your account.

Step 5: Creating Deep Links for Direct Booking

  1. Link to Specific Locations:
    • Navigate to Company Settings, click on Addresses, and then click the link icon next to a location to get a link that directs customers straight to booking options for that location.
  1. Link to Specific Categories:
    • Under Booking Categories, click on the link icon next to a category for a direct link to that category's booking options.

Step 6: Linking Directly to Specific Booking Types

  1. For Events or Classes:
    • Go to the Group Overview, and you'll find link options for different levels (e.g., Booking Type Level or Date/Block Level).
  1. For Appointments and Subscriptions:
    • Select the desired type from the list, then use the Booking Links button to generate a direct link for appointments or subscriptions.

Conclusion:

Mastering the use of booking links in "Book That In" allows you to streamline the booking process, making it efficient and tailored to your brand. By following these steps, you can ensure that your clients have a smooth experience from the moment they decide to book with you.
