How you display your booking options to customers matters - you want to make it as easy as possible for your customers to book.

You can help make things easier by ordering navigational elements on your widget in the way that makes it as easy as possible for your customers to find what they need.

This might mean, if you use the Location View widget, that you want to display your Addresses How to set up a new address or venue location in alphabetical order.

Or, if using the Category View of the widget, you want to display Categories How to Set Up and Use Booking Categories on your Widget in Day order, or group by location.

For your Price Bands Introduction to Price Bands and Extras - Setting different ticket prices and options (ticket options), you may wish to display the option you want people to pick at the top or perhaps put them in price order.

Whatever order you want, it's quick and easy to set this up in Book That In.

The order or Addresses, Categories and Price Bands can all be manipulated from the Company Settings.

This video shows you how:

Step 1: Reorder Addresses

  1. Go to Business → Company Settings.

  2. Click on the Addresses tab.

  3. You’ll see a list of all your addresses (note: only addresses with live booking options appear on your booking page).

  4. Use the drag-and-drop arrows to rearrange addresses into the order you prefer.

  5. Refresh your booking widget to confirm the new order.

✅ Example: You might want Head Office at the top, followed by Online, Playing Field, and Village Hall.

Step 2: Reorder Categories

  1. Still in Company Settings, click on Booking Categories.

  2. Again, drag and drop the categories into your preferred order.

✅ Example: Move Online Music Classes above Craft Classes.

Step 3: Reorder Price Bands

  1. In Company Settings, go to the Price Bands for your chosen class or event.

  2. Drag the price band you want to highlight to the top of the list.

✅ Example: Move 5-Class Pass (£35) above Single Session (£8) so customers see your preferred option first.

Conclusion

With a quick drag-and-drop, you can control how your customers see:

  • Addresses (venues)

  • Categories (types of events or classes)

  • Price Bands (booking/payment options)

This gives you flexibility to present your offerings in the clearest or most strategic order.
