Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Locate the Class and Price Band

  1. Go to the Group Overview

  2. Navigate to the class where you want to edit the subscription options.

  3. Click on Options for that class.

  4. Go to the Price Bands section.

  5. Select the price band you want to modify.

Step 2: Create a New Extra

  1. On the right-hand side, click on Extras.

  2. Click Create New Extra.

Step 3: Set Up the Sibling Subscription

  1. Name the extra (e.g., “Sibling Subscription”).

  2. In the Description, explain the purpose (e.g., “Add as many siblings as you want”).

  3. Under Type, select Subscription (not Product).

    • Note: Use “Product” if you're selling a one-time item like a t-shirt.

  4. For Number of Attendees, set this to 1 (per sibling).

Step 4: Configure Subscription Details

  1. Click the Subscription Details tab (top right corner).

  2. Set the Monthly Cost (e.g., £25 per sibling).

    • Make sure the frequency matches the parent subscription (monthly).

  3. Optional: Set the One-Time Cost for a sibling if needed.

  4. If your main subscription uses Pro Rata for the first payment:

    • Set the Cost Per Session (e.g., £7 per session for the sibling).

    • Apply a discount if appropriate.

Step 5: Finalise and Link the Extra

  1. Click Link to connect this extra to the subscription.

Step 6: Preview the Booking Flow

  1. Click the Chain Link icon next to the class type to generate your widget link.

  3. Select the class and choose the Monthly Subscription.

  4. You will now see an option to Add a Sibling Subscription.

    • Add multiple sibling subscriptions if needed.

  5. Continue to booking and review the payment breakdown.

If today is late in the month (e.g., July 23rd) and there is only one class left in the month:

  • Main subscription: £35/month, first payment pro-rated to £9.

  • Sibling subscription: £25/month each, first payment pro-rated to £7.

  • Full monthly fees will apply starting the next month.
