However, some customers may request a specific payment receipt. This guide will show you how to send a receipt through Stripe, the payment processor used by Book That In.

Before you begin, it’s worth asking your customer to check their inbox for the original booking confirmation email, which is sent from support@bookthatin.com. Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to your Stripe account

  1. Go to the Stripe login page and sign in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Find the customer’s payment

  1. Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to enter the customer’s email address.

  2. Review the search results to find the payment in question.

  3. Locate the correct payment by matching the amount and date.

Step 3: Open the payment details

  1. Click on the specific payment to open its details page.
