Cancelling a class or event allows you to stop it being bookable, whilst also giving you access to the event from your admin area.

If you just want to delete a class/event or remove it from your admin area completely, as well as stopping customers from booking, then you should Archive it.

Cancelling an event means you can still edit the event, access the Attendance Register and perform other actions, but no one can book.

Here's how you cancel an event:


  1. Login at
  2. Go to your Group Overview
  3. Find the class or event you wish to cancel and click the edit icon
  4. Scroll to the bottom and switch 'Cancelled?' to Yes
  5. Click Next and then Save.

To un-cancel an event or class, do the same as above, but switch 'Cancelled' to No.
