How to remove Price Bands from a class or event

Price Bands are separate from classes and events so, if you no longer what to offer a particular Price Band, then all you need to do is un-link it.

This quick video shows you how to un-link Price Bands:

Step 1: Open Group Overview

  1. Log in to your BookThatIn account.

  2. Go to Business > Group Overview.

  3. Find the class or event where you want to remove a price band.

Step 2: Open Price Bands

  1. Next to your chosen class, click Options > Price Bands.

  2. You will now see all price bands currently linked to that class.

Step 3: Unlink a Price Band

  1. Locate the price band you want to remove.

  2. Click the unlink icon (a broken chain symbol) next to it.

  3. The price band will now be removed from the class.

Step 4: Unlink Extras (Optional)

  • If you have extras linked to a price band, you can also remove them.

  • Simply click the unlink icon next to the extra.
